We here at Myagi truly believe in preparing the Sales Associate and helping them out perform those that are poorly informed and unprepared. A highly knowledgeable Sales Associate is much more confident and much more likely to make the sale. As a retailer, you'll want to keep track of how your sales change as your staff engages with the Myagi training platform more and more (or less in some cases).

Measuring and monitoring the amount of training that each of your staff members completes when using Myagi is easily done with our built in Analytics. This is a great opportunity for you to make a direct connection with your stores sales numbers and your teams increased product knowledge.

You can view both Plan Analytics and Lesson Analytics. 

When you enter a plan, you can immediately see the number of users enrolled, as well as a like rating and a learn rating.

You can access information about the Lessons by selecting Analytics from the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the Lesson thumbnail

This information is helpful when trying to understand how you team learns. Are they interested in this kind of content? Are they passing it or is the pass percentage quite low? If it's low, it may be a good time to talk with the team or see if there's any other content available from the brand.
