As a Team Manager, you can invite users to join your team either by email or by sharing an invite link through any communication channel that suits your workflow.
📮 How to Invite Users
Step 1. From the top navigation bar, go to People → Teams, then open the Invites or Users tab and select Invite Users:
Step 2. A pop-up window will appear where you can choose how to send your invitations:
📧 Option 1: Invite via Email
Enter one or multiple email addresses (separated by commas).
Select the team you’d like to invite users to.
(Optional) Add a personal message — it will appear in the email invite your teammates receive.
(Optional) Assign a role before sending the invitation.
Click Submit. Invitations are typically delivered within a few minutes.
🔗 Option 2: Invite via Link
Select the team you’d like to invite users to.
Click Submit to generate a shareable invite link.
Share the link through your preferred communication channels — such as chat apps, internal tools, or email.
💡 The link can be used multiple times, making it perfect for onboarding large groups quickly.

Once your teammates accept the invitation, they’ll automatically join your team and gain access to the content and permissions you’ve set up.
