How to contact Myagi Support
1. Open the Help Widget
On desktop:
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
Then click “Send us a message”.
On mobile:
Click on your profile photo or name in the top-left corner to open your Myagi Profile.
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to view your conversation history.
Click the icon in the top-right corner to start a new conversation.
2. Start a conversation and describe the issue
After opening the Help Widget, you’ll see a welcome message from the Myagi Team. Click “I need some support” to begin or browse Help Center articles if you’re not ready to chat.
Once the conversation starts, let us know what issue you’re experiencing — be as specific as possible:
What isn’t working?
When did it start?
Can you reproduce it?
You’ll receive quick troubleshooting tips. If the issue persists, click “I still need some support” to continue chatting with the team.
3. What to include in your message
To help us investigate and solve the issue faster, please include:
A clear description of what went wrong.
The steps to reproduce the issue.
Screenshots or a short video (if possible).
The impact it’s having (e.g. blocked tasks, users unable to log in).
Any names, emails, or team info that can help us trace the issue.
Your Company and Team name (don’t forget this!).
4. What happens next?
Once you submit your request:
Our support team will review and try to reproduce the issue.
If it’s confirmed as unexpected behavior, we’ll log it as an internal ticket.
The issue will be prioritized based on severity and impact.
We’ll keep you updated via chat or email as we investigate and resolve it, or if any additional details are required.
