🐞 How to Report an Issue with Myagi

Learn how to report technical issues, share feedback, or troubleshoot bugs with Myagi Support.

💬 How to Contact Myagi Support

If something’s not working as expected or you’d like to report a bug or provide feedback, our Support Team is here to help!

1. Open the Help Widget

On desktop:

  • Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

  • Then select “Send us a message.”

On mobile:

  • Tap your profile photo or name in the top-left corner to open your profile.

  • Tap the chat icon in the bottom-right corner to view existing conversations.

  • Tap the icon in the top-right corner to start a new conversation.

2. Start a Conversation and Describe the Issue

After opening the Help Widget, you’ll see a welcome message from the Myagi Team.

  • Click “I need some support” to begin chatting.

  • You can also browse Help Center articles if you’d like to try troubleshooting first.

When describing your issue, please include details such as:

  • What isn’t working?

  • When did it start?

  • Can you reproduce it?

You’ll first receive automated troubleshooting tips.
If the issue persists, click “I still need some support” to continue chatting with a team member.

3. What to Include in Your Message

To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:

  • 📝 A clear description of what went wrong

  • 🔁 The steps to reproduce the issue

  • 📸 Screenshots or a short video (if possible)

  • ⚡ The impact it’s having (e.g. blocked tasks, users unable to log in)

  • 👥 Any relevant user, company, or team details (names, emails, IDs)

  • 🏢 Your Company and Team namedon’t forget this!

4. What happens next?

Once you submit your message:

  1. Our Support Team will review and attempt to reproduce the issue.

  2. If confirmed as unexpected behavior, it will be logged internally for investigation.

  3. The issue will be prioritized based on severity and impact.

  4. You’ll receive updates via chat or email as we work on resolving it — or if we need more details.
