Understanding the Internal Reports Tab in Analytics
You can easily find Leaderboards under the Analytics tab:
Leaderboards let you see how your training progress compares with others in your Company, Teams, Areas, or Groups. You can also choose the time frame you want to view: All Time, Past Month, or Past Week to track performance over different periods.
Your score is based on the number of unique questions you've answered correctly. To boost your score, focus on answering new questions correctly or retrying ones you previously got wrong.
Please note, Leaderboards can be viewed by all users, but only Learners have a dedicated tab.
Use the following filters to customize the leaderboard view:
Users
These are individual participants of your Company in the training platform. Each user has their own progress, training score, and position on the leaderboard based on their performance.
Teams
Teams are groups of users usually organized by role, department, or function within a company. Leaderboards for Teams show how different groups are performing compared to each other.
Groups
Groups are flexible collections of users that might not fit into standard Teams or Areas. They can be used for cross-functional projects, temporary assignments, or specialized training groups.
Areas
Areas typically represent broader organizational regions, such as geographic locations (e.g., North America, Europe) or large business units. They help compare performance across wider segments of the company.
All Time, Past Month, or Past Week filter
Use the time filter to see rankings for All Time, the Past Month, or the Past Week.
How are the Leaderboards calculated?
Leaderboards show where users rank based on their scores. The more questions you answer correctly on your first try, the higher your score and the higher you'll appear on the leaderboard. Each correct answer on the first attempt earns one point, and there's no penalty for incorrect answers. This means your position on the leaderboard reflects how well you understood the lessons you’ve completed.
Important Notes:
Users with the same score will be ranked alphabetically.
Experience Points (XP) do not count toward your leaderboard score.
Points are only earned for lessons you complete for the first time.
If you don’t see your Team’s leaderboard, it may be because you’re not assigned to a Team. Please contact your Team Manager or Company Admin to update your assignment.
