How Can I View Content Analytics for Users?

This article will show you various ways to monitor your content analytics across channels, plans, and lessons for your internal users.

  • Internal Users - All users who are part of your company.

  • External Users - All users from companies connected to your company who have access to the training.

  • All Users - Includes both Internal and External users.


⚫️ Channel Level

General Statistics

General Statistics provides a high-level overview of channel engagement and performance. It includes the number of users assigned to the channel (Users Reached), the spread across businesses (Connected Companies), content structuring (Plans), and user feedback through Like Rating and Learn Rating, reflecting satisfaction and perceived learning value.

Step 1. Go to the "Content" section and select the "Channels" tab:


Step2. Open the specific channel for which you’d like to view analytics;


Step 3. In the right-side menu, click on the "Analytics" tab:

Step 3. Once inside the Analytics tab, you’ll find the general channel statistics, including:

  • Users Reached - Total number of users who were assigned to the channel.

  • Connected Companies - Number of companies the channel is shared with.

  • Plans - Total number of plans created within the channel (published + unpublished).

  • Like Rating - Average rating based on user likes.

  • Learn Rating - Average score users gave after completing the learning content.

Content Attempts

Content Attempts offers insight into how users interact with the training material. It tracks the number of users who completed or started the content (Complete and Incomplete Attempts), how many passed or failed (Successful and Failed Attempts), and the overall performance quality through the Average Score.

Step 1. Go to the "Analytics" section, click on the "Content" tab,
and select "Attempts" in the dropdown:


Step 2. Use the available filters to refine your data:
[Company, Store, User, Channel, Plan, Lesson, Area, Group, and Date].
Search by Name, if you need a more specific filter.

Step 3. Once the data is filtered, you’ll see the following metrics:

  • Average Score - The average percentage score achieved across all user attempts to complete content. Only attempts within the specified period are considered. The percentage_score field determines success. Incomplete attempts (NaN) are excluded from calculations.
    Formula: Average Completion Rate = Sum of percentage_score / Valid Attempts
    Example:

  • Complete Attempts (Successful + Failed) - The number of attempts where the user reached the end of the training (regardless of whether they passed or failed).

  • Incomplete Attempts - The number of attempts where the user started but did not finish the training.

  • Successful Attempts (Complete - Failed) - The number of attempts where the user reached the end of the training and passed it successfully.

  • Failed Attempts (Complete - Successful) - The number of attempts where the user reached the end of the training but did not pass it successfully.

Table data

  • Download the same data shown on the dashboard, but in a CSV. file downloaded to your device.

  • Metrics included: Channel, Channel_display_name, Avg.Score, Complete Attempts, Incomplete Attempts, Successful Attempts.

  • Example of the file:

All user data

  • Download all user data for your company. The system will send you an email with a file attachment when it finishes processing the data.

  • Clicking on the Download button triggers a CSV. file download to your device:

  • Important note: The link expires in 24 hours.

  • Metrics included: First Name, Last Name, Team, Area, Progress (%), Last Activity, Manager(s).

  • Example of the file:

Date range attempt data

  • Download the attempt data within the filtered date range. The system will send you an email with a file attachment when it finishes processing the data.

  • Clicking on the Download button triggers a CSV. file download to your device:

Content Progress

Content Progress provides a detailed, user-level view of engagement with specific learning channels. It shows individual learners, their associated store and company, the channel they’re assigned to, and their Channel Progress - a percentage that reflects how much of the content they’ve completed. This report helps track who has started, partially completed, or fully finished their assigned training, making it easier to identify learning gaps and follow up with specific users if needed.

Step 1. Go to the "Analytics" section, click on the "Channels" tab,
and select "Progress" in the dropdown:


Step 2. Select the specific channels to display the analytics report.
Search by Name, if you need a more specific filter:


Step 3. Once the data is filtered, you’ll see the following metrics:

  • User - The name of the individual assigned to the learning channel. This shows who is engaging with the content.

  • Store - The store or team the user is associated with. It helps identify where the learner is based or which retail location they belong to.

  • Company - The parent company or organization the user/store belongs to. This is useful for tracking progress at a company level across multiple stores.

  • Channel - The specific learning channel the user is progressing through. This helps in tracking progress for different training tracks.

  • Channel Progress - The percentage of the channel that the user has completed.

    • 100% means the user has completed all lessons or tasks in the channel.

    • Any value below 100% indicates partial progress.

    • 0% means the user hasn’t started the training.

Step 4. ​Download the report as a CSV. file, by clicking on this button:

Export table data (Selected Channels)

  • Download the same data shown on the dashboard, but in a CSV. file downloaded to your device.

  • Metrics included: Channel Name, User Name, Store Name, Company Name, Progress.

  • Download the data about all Channels in a CSV. file downloaded to your device.

  • Metrics included: Channel Name, User Name, Store Name, Company Name, Progress.

🔵 Plan Level

Сontent Attempts

Content Attempts offers insight into how users interact with the training material. Step 4. Once there, you’ll see the following reports:

  • Attempts

    • Incomplete Attempts - The percentage of attempts where the user started but did not finish the training.

    • Failed Attempts - The percentage of attempts where the user reached the end of the training but did not pass it successfully.

    • Successful Attempts - The percentage of attempts where the user reached the end of the training and passed it successfully.

  • User Completion

    • Incomplete Attempts - The percentage of attempts where the user started but did not finish the training.

    • Complete Attempts (Successful + Failed) - The percentage of attempts where the user reached the end of the training (regardless of whether they passed or failed).

  • Team Completion %

    Displays the percentage of training completion across various teams within the connected companies. It is designed to help track progress and identify where engagement or follow-through may be lacking.

Option 2 - Via Analytics > Content > Attempts [All Users]


Step 1. Go to the "Analytics" section, click on the "Content" tab,
and select "Attempts" in the dropdown:


Step 2. Use the available filters to refine your data:
[Company, Store, User, Channel, Plan, Lesson, Area, Group, and Date].
Search by Name, if you need a more specific filter.

Step 3. Once the data is filtered, you’ll see the following metrics:

Content Progress

Content Progress provides a detailed, user-level view of engagement with specific learning plans. It shows individual learners, their associated store and company, the channel they’re assigned to, and their Plan Progress - a percentage that reflects how much of the content they’ve completed.
This report helps track who has started, partially completed, or fully finished their assigned training, making it easier to identify learning gaps and follow up with specific users if needed.

Content Progress

Content Progress provides a detailed, user-level view of engagement with specific learning lessons. It shows individual learners, their associated store and company, the channel they’re assigned to, and their Lesson Progress - a percentage that reflects how much of the content they’ve completed.
This report helps track who has started, partially completed, or fully finished their assigned training, making it easier to identify learning gaps and follow up with specific users if needed.

There are two options on how you can access the content attempts analytics:

Option 2 - Via Analytics > Content > Progress [All Users]


Step 1. Go to the "Analytics" section, click on the "Channels" tab,
and select "Progress" in the dropdown:


Step 2. Select the specific Channel to display the analytics report for all Lessons included in it. Search by Name, if you need a more specific filter:

  • Metrics included: Lesson Name, Plan Name, Channel Name, User Name, Store Name, Company Name, Progress.

  • Download the data about all Lessons in a CSV. file downloaded to your device.

  • Metrics included: Lesson Name, Plan Name, Channel Name, User Name, Store Name, Company Name, Progress.

Option 3 - Via Analytics > Internal Reports > User Progress [Internal Users]

A high-level overview of the user progress on the lesson level.

Step 1. Go to the "Analytics" section and click on the "Internal Reports" tab:


Step 2. Once there, you will see the following dashboard available:

  • Name - First and Last Name of the individual assigned to your company. This shows who is engaging with your content.

  • Is team manager - Permission given to users to manage their Team.

  • Team - Name of the Team the user belongs to.

  • Date joined - Date when the user joined the platform.

  • Enrolled lessons completed - The number of enrolled lessons that the user has completed.

  • Enrolled lessons - Total number of enrolled lessons.

  • Enrolled lessons progress - The percentage of the enrolled lessons progress.

  • Overdue plans - The number of plans that the user has overdue.




Lesson Rating and Feedback

Option 1 - Via Content > Feedback [All Users]

Step 1. Go to the "Content" section and open "Feedback":


Step 2. Select the specific filter (All Feedback/Previously Replied/Without Reply). Search for the lesson by its Name, for more specific results:


Step 3. Once the data is filtered, you will see the following metrics:

  • Feedback - Who reported the feedback, within which company, and when.

  • Lesson - Name of the lesson received feedback upon its completion.

  • Like Rating - A rating to show how much a user likes the lesson content.

  • Learn Rating - A rating to show how much a user has learned from the lesson content.

  • Replied - Displays feedback you have previously replied to.

Option 2 - Via Content > Plan > Lesson > View Analytics [All Users]


Step 1. Go to the "Content" section and select the "Channels" tab:


Step 2. Open the specific channel > plan and find out the lesson for which you would like to view analytics.

Step 3. Click on the ellipsis (...) on the lesson and select "View Analytics":

Step 4. Once there, you’ll see the following reports:

  • Feedback with comment

    Displays a high-level overview of the feedback left.
    Shows only the feedback comment, the learn and like ratings and the feedback creation date.
