Overview
The People section—accessible from the top navigation in Myagi—is your control center for managing your organization’s users, teams, invites, areas, and user groups. This guide will walk you through each component and how to use them effectively.
✉️ Invites
Use the Invites tab to bring new users onto your Myagi account.
Send invites via email or shareable link.
Track invite status to see who has accepted or not.
Resend invitations if needed with one click.
This is the first step in building your team's presence on Myagi.
👤 Users
The Users section displays all individuals currently linked to your company account.
View profiles to see user details and learning progress.
Edit user roles or other settings via the three-dot menu.
Assign users to teams or user groups to streamline management and reporting.
Delete users from your company account when necessary by selecting "Delete User" from the three-dot menu (Note: this action is permanent and should be used with caution)
Pro tip: Use filters to find specific users quickly.
👥 Teams
Teams makes it easy to group users into teams, helping you streamline enrollments and simplify reporting. In the Teams section, you can create new teams or manage existing ones. Use the three-dot menu to rename a team by selecting "Edit team". Click on any team to view and manage the users assigned to it.
Create new teams as needed.
Edit or rename teams via the three-dot menu.
Click into a team to see its members and manage them directly.
Delete a team if it has no users assigned. (Note: this action is permanent and should be used with caution)
🌍 Areas
Areas let you group multiple teams together—ideal for larger or regional organizations.
Functions like the Teams section, but at a higher level.
Assign Area Managers to oversee team activity.
Useful for hierarchical oversight or multi-location brands.
Tip: Keep your Areas aligned with real-world company structures for easier management.
🗂️ User Groups
User Groups offer flexible user organization across multiple categories.
Unlike Teams, a user can belong to multiple User Groups.
Great for cross-functional training (e.g., "Product Experts", "New Hires").
Helps target learning content to the right audience efficiently.
Use User Groups for dynamic assignments and layered reporting.
