Why Editing Your Company Profile Matters
Keeping your company profile accurate ensures that your Teams, Partners, and Retailers can easily identify your Brand and interact with the right information. Updating your logo, company name, website URL, and other key details helps maintain a professional presence on Myagi and improves collaboration.
📋 Steps to Edit Your Company Profile
Please follow the steps below if you need to make changes to your company profile.
👉 Note: Only Company Admins can edit company profile settings.
Access Your Profile:
On your Myagi Training screen, click on your Profile thumbnail in the top-right corner.
(If you haven’t uploaded a profile image, your initials will appear in a circle.)Open Profile Settings:
Select the "Profile" option from the dropdown menu.Edit Company Profile:
In the profile settings, click "Edit your profile" at the top-right corner of the page.Go to the Company Tab:
In the left-side or top sub-navigation menu, click on the “Company” tab.Update Your Company Details:
From this screen, you can edit and manage all your company information, including:🖼️ Logo & Cover Image: Add or update your company’s branding visuals.
🏢 Company Name: Change or correct the official name displayed on Myagi.
🔗 Myagi URL: Update the custom URL associated with your company.
🌐 Website: Add or edit your company’s official website URL.
📍 Country: Choose the country where your office is located.
🌍 Regions: Define the regions where your company operates (Regions of Responsibility).
🏷️ Tags: Manage company tags for easier organization and discovery.
🔐 Automatic Access:
If enabled, new users can freely join your company.
If disabled, approval by relevant team managers will be required.
✉️ Signup Invitations:
If enabled, all users can send invitations.
If disabled, only admins and managers can invite new members.
👥 Team Creation:
If enabled, new users can create teams directly via the sign-up page.
