Myagi allows you to connect directly with your audience through feedback on your content. At the end of every lesson, users are prompted to rate the content and leave optional feedback for the content owners.
The feedback prompt asks users to rate how much they liked the content and how much they learned from it.
Every lesson attempt is an opportunity to collect valuable insights from those engaging with your content, keeping you connected with sales associates across your network.
Lesson feedback
At the end of every lesson, users will see if they passed or failed and then be asked to provide feedback.

Respond to feedback
If feedback has been left on your content, you'll see it under the Content > Feedback section, along with the Like and Learn ratings.
You can only respond once to each piece of feedback
Use the reply to thank the user, clarify any confusion, or ask for more details via external links or contact info
If you have email notifications enabled, you'll receive an email from hello@myagi.com
each time someone leaves feedback. You can also respond to feedback directly from the email.
Best practices for responding to feedback
Keep your tone positive and thank users for their input
Leave your email if you'd like to invite more detailed responses
Use a survey (e.g. Google Form, Typeform) to gather additional insights
Encourage your audience to leave feedback
Ways to encourage feedback:
Include a short video explaining how their input helps improve content
