Myagi allows you to connect directly with your audience through feedback on your content. At the end of every lesson, users are prompted to rate the content and leave optional feedback for the content owners.
The feedback prompt asks users to rate how much they liked the content and how much they learned from it.
Every lesson attempt is an opportunity to collect valuable insights from those engaging with your content, keeping you connected with sales associates across your network.
📥 How Lesson Feedback Works
After completing a lesson, users will see whether they passed or failed, followed by a quick feedback prompt.
This moment is perfect for capturing authentic, in-the-moment reactions that reflect how well your message resonates.
👀 Viewing Feedback on Your Content
Brand Admins can easily review all feedback collected on their content:
1️⃣ Go to the Content tab
2️⃣ Select Feedback
From there, you can filter results to view:
💡 Note: Feedback from deleted accounts (shown as “Anonymized User”) still counts toward your company’s Like and Learn ratings.
However, while your ratings remain unchanged, your “Users Reached” number will decrease accordingly.
📝 Responding to Feedback
When someone leaves feedback, you’ll see it under Content > Feedback, along with your Like and Learn scores.
You can:
Reply once per feedback comment.
Use your response to thank the user, clarify confusion, or invite further discussion via an external link or contact method.
📧 If you have email notifications enabled, you’ll receive a message from hello@myagi.com whenever new feedback is submitted.
You can even reply directly from your email — making it quick and convenient to stay engaged.
