The Content Progress report helps Myagi Brand Admins better understand how their content is performing with users across their network. For example, using this report, you can quickly identify store locations where there is low engagement with your content.

For Retail Admins, it's a great way to manage internal learning progress, giving you greater insight into staff performance.

The report is also available to Area and Team Managers, but will only show data relevant to their respective areas and teams.

To access this report, go to Analytics > Content > Progress.

You can choose to view the report at three different levels:

  • Channel

  • Plan

  • Lesson

Once you've selected a content level, you can choose which channels, plans, or lessons you'd like to view progress on. If needed, you can also use the Search Bar next to the "Channel selected" button to look for a specific User, Store or Company within the displayed data.

The report contains the following data fields:

  • User (Users in your network who have made an attempt on your content)

  • Store (Store location to which the user belongs)

  • Company (Company to which the user belongs)

  • Channel (Channel to which the lesson attempt belongs)

  • Channel Progress (% of channel's lessons completed by user)

  • Plan Progress (% of plan's lessons completed by user)

  • Lesson Progress (% of lesson completed by user)

By clicking on the "Download a CSV" button, you can choose to download all data available from all channels, or only the "table data", which is the data that corresponds to the values selected in the previous steps.
