The Content Progress Report in Myagi is a powerful tool that helps you measure engagement, monitor learning activity, and understand how your training content is being consumed across your network.

🎯 Why Use the Content Progress Report?

  1. For Brand Admins: Quickly identify where your content is performing well and where engagement might be low β€” for example, spotting store locations that need more support or encouragement.

  2. For Retail Admins: Gain clear insight into staff learning progress and overall performance.

  3. For Area and Team Managers: Access progress data specifically for your assigned teams or regions, helping you manage learning initiatives more effectively.

πŸ“ How to Access the Report

To access this report, go to Analytics > Content > Progress.

πŸ”Ž Choose Your View: 3 Levels of Detail

You can view the Content Progress Report at three levels, depending on how specific you want the data to be:

  • Channel: Overview of how content is performing across your entire channel.

  • Plan: Focus on specific training plans to see how far users have progressed.

  • Lesson: Drill down to individual lessons for detailed insights into completion.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Use the Search Bar next to the β€œChannel selected” button to quickly find a specific User, Store, or Company within the data.

πŸ“‹ Data Fields

  • User (Users in your network who have made an attempt on your content)

  • Store (Store location to which the user belongs)

  • Company (Company to which the user belongs)

  • Channel (Channel to which the lesson attempt belongs)

  • Channel Progress (% of channel's lessons completed by user)

  • Plan Progress (% of plan's lessons completed by user)

πŸ“₯ Exporting Your Data

Need to analyze the data outside of Myagi? You can easily export it:

  • Choose to download:

    • πŸ“Š All Data – Includes all content progress data across all channels.
