Company administrators have the flexibility to enable or disable several account functions. Here’s a breakdown of the available options:

  • Allow users with your company email address to sign up

    When enabled, anyone using your company’s email domain can sign up at myagi.com and will be automatically added to your company—no invite required.

  • Managers can view all training content

    Enabling this setting grants team managers access to all training content, allowing them to view and enroll others regardless of individual enrollment status.

  • Users can view 'channel discovery'

    With this option turned on, the ‘discover’ feature appears in user accounts. It allows them to search for and request new content from a variety of brands and vendors on Myagi.

  • Allow all users to send signup invitations

    Activating this function adds a Send Invite button for all company users. This enables them to invite colleagues, brands, or vendors to join the Myagi platform.

  • Enter your company's email domain(s)

    Specify your company’s email domain(s) here to support the automatic enrollment of users signing up with these addresses.

  • Enter your company's web URL

    Your company’s website address will be displayed as a clickable link on connection cards when content is shared.

  • Enter your company's Myagi URL

    This URL directs users to your company’s personalized Myagi login screen.

  • Set an access code

    Designate an access code that will be required for anyone signing up as a company user on your Myagi platform.

  • Setting your identifying tags

    These tags help your company appear in search results when users look for content or retailers associated with related products.
