Freemium + Freemium Pro | Team Manager
As a Team Manager, you have two options to invite members to your team: Email Invite or Invitation Link.
Via Email
Head to the Team section using the top navigation bar.
Once inside your Team page, click Invite Users.
A pop-up will appear where you can choose between inviting via Email or Link.
If inviting by email, type in a single email address or multiple addresses separated by a comma.
You can add a personalized message that will appear in the email invite (Optional).
You may also choose to assign the invitee a specific role within your team.
Click Submit and your email invite will be sent!
Via Link
Follow the same steps as above but choose Via Link instead of Email.
After clicking submit, youβll receive a unique invitation link that you can share through your preferred communication channels.
This link is reusable and can be shared via group chats, email, or other messaging platforms.
What option of the above is recommended and why?
π’ Recommended Best Practice: Share via Link
Why this matters:
When inviting employees to Myagi, we strongly recommend using the invite link and sharing it internally (e.g. via Slack, WhatsApp, internal email, or noticeboard) as your primary method.
Why not the Myagi Email Invite?
While the platform allows you to send invitations directly via email, this method has a high chance of being flagged as spam or blocked, especially by enterprise or retail email systems. Since these emails originate from a large external platform, they are often filtered out before reaching the user's inbox.
Why Sharing the Link Works Best
Higher visibility β You control how and where it's shared
Faster onboarding β No risk of delay due to spam filters
Custom messaging β You can add context or instructions
Better engagement β Shared via channels employees already use
Recommendation:
Always create and copy the invite link, and share it with your team using your internal communication channels. This is the most reliable and effective way to get your team on board quickly.
