How do I remove staff from my Team/Company

For Team Managers

Before removing a colleague, determine whether they need to be removed from your team only or from the entire company account.

Removing a Team Member (Team Only)

If the staff member is simply transferring to a different location or no longer belongs to your specific team, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click on Team or People from the navigation bar.

Step 2. Find the team member you need to remove.

Step 3. Click on the three-dot menu next to the user's name.

Step 4. Choose Edit details.

Step 5. In the Team dropdown, select No Team.

Removing a Staff Member from the Company (Company Admin only)

Step 1. Click on Team or People from the navigation bar.

Step 2. Under Users, locate the staff member you need to remove.

Step 3. Click on the three-dot menu next to the user's name.

Step 4. Select Delete user.

Step 5. Confirm the removal if prompted.

Removed user will no longer be able to access the companies on Myagi account.
