🧹How to Remove Users from Team/Company?

When removing colleagues from your Myagi account, first decide whether they should be removed from your Team only or from the entire Company.



👥 Removing from a Team

⚠️ Available for: Team Manager.

If a staff member is transferring to another location or simply no longer belongs to your specific team, you can remove them from the team without deleting their company access.

To remove a user from your Team:

  1. From the top navigation bar, select People.

  2. Locate the user you want to remove.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) to the right of their name and choose Edit details.

  4. In the Team dropdown, select No Team.

  5. Click Update changes to confirm.

This action removes the user from your team but keeps them active in the company’s Myagi account.


🏢 Removing from a Company

⚠️ Available for: Company Admin.

If a staff member has left your organization or should no longer have access to your company’s Myagi content, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the People tab on your admin dashboard.

  2. Click Users to open the full user list.

  3. Locate the user you’d like to remove.

    • Users are listed alphabetically.

    • Use the Search bar to find them by name or email address.

  4. Click the three dots (⋯) next to their name.

  5. Select Delete user from the dropdown.

  6. Confirm by clicking Delete.

Once deleted, the user will no longer have access to your company’s Myagi content or data.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Removing a user only disconnects them from your company — they can still access Myagi with their personal login.

  • If you removed someone by mistake, you can:

    • Re-invite them anytime using the Invite Users button in the top right corner, or

    • Contact Myagi Support for assistance in restoring their access.
