How do updates to lessons and plans work?

You can update a lesson without unpublishing it.

- PDFs
- Flip cards
- Quiz answers

📌 All updates made to a lesson are immediately reflected for all users, regardless of whether they have not started, already started, or completed the lesson.

What happens when a plan is unpublished?

Unpublishing a Plan will remove it from all users, including those who have already started or completed it.

📌 If you republish the Plan later, it will reappear in users' platforms, and for anyone who had started or completed it, their progress will be retained.

Select the Plan you want to manage.

In the top-right corner, you’ll see the options to Publish or Unpublish the Plan.

2. Select the Plan you want to manage.
3. In the top-right corner, you’ll see the options to Publish or Unpublish the Plan.

📌 Use these controls to make the Plan visible or hidden from your audience as needed.

What happens when a lesson is archived or restored?

Archiving a Lesson will remove it from the Plan for all users, including those who have already completed it.

📌 If the Lesson is restored, it will reappear in the Plan, and users will regain access with their previous progress intact.

Go to the Plan that contains the lesson.

Click the three dots at the top right of the lesson preview.

Select “Archive” from the dropdown menu.

Click the “View archived” button in the Plan.

Select “Restore from archive.”

4. Select “Restore from archive.”
