📝 How Lesson Updates Work

You can update lessons at any time without unpublishing them.
This means you can refine your content and keep it up to date — all without interrupting your learners’ progress.

You can safely update:

  • ✅ Lesson titles

  • 🖼️ Images

  • 📄 PDFs

  • 🧠 Flipcards

  • ❓ Quiz questions and answers

📌 All updates are instantly reflected for every user, whether they’ve not yet started, are mid-progress, or have already completed the lesson.

💡 Tip: Regular updates keep your content accurate and engaging — especially when product details, visuals, or messaging change.

🚫 What Happens When a Plan Is Unpublished?

Unpublishing a Plan will temporarily remove it from all usersincluding those who have started or completed it.

📌 When you republish the Plan later:

  • It will reappear for your learners.

  • Any previous progress will be retained, so users won’t lose their history or completions.

This makes it easy to pause, refine, and relaunch content whenever you need.

⚙️ How to Unpublish or Republish a Plan

  1. Navigate to the Content section.

  2. Select the Plan you want to manage.

  3. In the top-right corner, choose Publish or Unpublish.

📌 Use these options to control visibility as your content evolves — perfect for seasonal updates, product refreshes, or internal revisions.

🚫 What Happens When a Lesson Is Archived or Restored?

Archiving a Lesson removes it from the Plan and from all users — even if they’ve already completed it.

If you later restore the Lesson:
📌 It will reappear in the same Plan, and learners will regain access with their previous progress intact.

💬 Archiving is a great way to temporarily remove outdated or seasonal content without permanently deleting it.

⚙️ How to Archive or Restore a Lesson

🔵 To Archive a Lesson:

  1. Open the Plan that contains the lesson.

  2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of the lesson preview.

  3. Select Archive from the dropdown menu.

🔵 To Restore an Archived Lesson:

  1. Open the Plan and click View Archived.

  2. Find the lesson you want to restore.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) again.

  4. Select Restore from Archive.

✅ The lesson will instantly reappear for all users, with previous progress saved.

✨ Pro Tip

Regularly reviewing and refreshing your lessons keeps your network learning experience high-quality and relevant.
Use archiving, updating, and republishing strategically to ensure your training content always feels fresh, accurate, and valuable.
