How to share content with my employees?

Company Admins can distribute content directly to employees using different tools available on Myagi. Whether you want to share content internally or highlight new plans there are simple ways to make sure your teams get the right training.

  1. Enrollments

The Enrollment feature allows you to assign content internally. You can enroll:

  • All users in your company

  • Specific users, teams, groups, or areas

This helps target content effectively and ensures the right people see the right information.

2. Announce to users option

When you create a plan within a channel, you can use the Announce to Users option to boost visibility and drive engagement. Once announced, users will receive an email (or mobile push notification) informing them of the new content.

This is a simple way to bring attention to key training updates.

3. Share Channel option

The Share Channel option allows you to share content externally with your connected network or specific partner companies. This is useful when collaborating with retailers or other external teams.

Building and maintaining a content engine is essential for success on Myagi.

As a Company Admin, you have the ability to upload, organize, and distribute training content directly to your teams.
