Discount codes can be attached to badges as an optional incentive, either during badge creation or after the badge has been published.
Step 1. Add Discount Code During Badge Setup
In the badge creation form, navigate to the Reward Details section.
Enter the discount code you wish to offer as a reward.
Once you’ve completed all required fields and entered the code, click Submit to finalize the badge.
Step 2. Use Many Unique Codes (Optional)
If you want to distribute multiple unique codes:
Select the Many Unique Codes option.
Enter the codes, either separated by commas or by adding one code per line.
This is useful when running competitions or limiting the number of available rewards.
Step 3. Finalize Your Badge
Badges in Draft mode can be freely edited, including discount codes.
Once a badge is published, the core details such as the image, name, and criteria can no longer be changed.
You can choose to publish immediately or save as a draft and return later to finish.
Incorporating discount codes into badges is an effective way to increase engagement and reward learners for completing valuable training.
