Admins can create announcements for all published Plans when logged into Myagi via a web browser.
How to Create an Announcement
Navigate to the Content tab.
Select the Channel that contains the Plan you want to announce, or go directly to Plans in the content menu.
Review the enrollments to see which companies, teams, and users will receive the announcement. Click "View" under "Current Enrollments" to check this information.
Click "Announce to Users" under the publishing buttons. (This option will only be available for published Plans.)
A pop-up window will appear where you can write your announcement.
Review the total number of users who will receive the announcement. If you’re not ready to post, you can click outside the window to exit.
When ready, click the paper airplane button to publish.
Editing an Announcement
If you need to correct spelling errors or mistakes, navigate to the feed, click on the menu of the announcement, and edit as needed.
Important Notes
Announcements are visible to all enrolled users in the announced Plan.
If the Plan is part of multiple Channels, all users enrolled in those Channels will receive the announcement.
To target specific users, consider creating a new Plan in each Channel and adding existing lessons.
