What does the Content Progress report contain?

The Content Progress Report provides Myagi Brand Admins with insights into how users engage with their content across the network. It helps identify store locations with low engagement, allowing for targeted improvements.

For Retail Admins, this report offers a clear overview of internal learning progress, providing deeper insights into staff performance.

Area Managers and Team Managers also have access, with visibility limited to their respective areas and teams.

To view this report, go to Analytics > Content > Progress.

Report Levels and Data Fields

The Content Progress Report can be viewed at three levels:

  • Channel

  • Plan

  • Lesson

After selecting a content level, you can choose specific channels, plans, or lessons to track progress.

The report includes the following data fields:

  • User – Users in your network who have engaged with the content

  • Store – Store location to which the user belongs

  • Company – Company to which the user belongs

  • Channel – Channel associated with the lesson attempt

  • Channel Progress – % of the channel’s lessons completed by the user

  • Plan Progress – % of the plan’s lessons completed by the user

  • Lesson Progress – % of the lesson completed by the user
