What does the Content Attempts report contain?

The Attempts section provides insights into how users and companies engage with lessons. Data can be filtered by Company, Store, Channel, User, Area, Group, and specific Plans or Lessons.

For content created by your company but accessed by other companies, refer to the Overview tab.

Each filtering option includes the following metrics:

  • Average Score – The average score users have achieved on lessons

  • Complete Attempts – The number of lesson attempts where users reached the end, regardless of pass or fail

  • Incomplete Attempts – The number of lesson attempts where users did not reach the end

  • Failed Attempts – The number of lesson attempts where users reached the end but did not pass

Attempts can also be filtered by date range, and data can be exported as a CSV file for further analysis.
