The Content Performance section provides an overview of how users engage with your content, how widely it is consumed, and how much they enjoy it. All metrics reflect engagement across all users who have access to your content, not just those within your company. If your content hasnβt been shared with other companies, some visualizations may not display data.
A date filter can be applied across the entire Dashboard to refine results.
This report is especially relevant for companies using Myagi to share training content across channels with other companies.
Key visualizations in this section include:
Engaged Users vs. Number of New Lessons β Displays the correlation between user engagement and new lesson creation over time. Reduced lesson creation often leads to lower engagement.
Maintaining a regular cadence of content uploads is important. Uploading everything at once may lead to a short-term spike in engagement followed by a decline. Regular updates keep users consistently engaged and aware of your brand.Engagement Leaderboard β Compares content engagement across companies within your network. If your ranking is low, it might signal that the content is no longer relevant or that it's time to publish something new.
Content Quality Leaderboard β Compares "like" and "learn" ratings of your content to those of other companies in your network. A lower ranking may indicate a need for more engaging or valuable content. Scores range from 0 to 10. Anything above 8 is good; below that suggests room for improvement.
