For Retailers, the most relevant analytics can be found in the Company Activity section under Internal Reports. This section includes graphs and charts that track employee activity on Myagi and measure progress through connected content.
Depending on your Myagi account level, you may also have your own content uploaded to the platform.
The first data set in Company Activity displays a graph comparing active users in your company with the number of new lessons you are connected to.
Why is this useful?
The Company Activity report helps track the relationship between new training content on Myagi and employee engagement. A decrease in uploaded content over time can lead to lower engagement, which is important since consistent sales training consumption reinforces learning.
If engagement drops, consider reaching out to Brands you’re connected with and encouraging them to upload more training materials. You might also suggest adjusting the cadence of content releases—steady engagement is best maintained by drip-feeding content over time rather than uploading large amounts at once.
Active Users in Your Company & Attempts in Your Company
These metrics provide a snapshot of employee activity on Myagi over the past month—the higher the numbers, the better!
Another key data set highlights the relationship between lesson attempts, completed attempts, and successful attempts. This provides insight into how users are engaging with lessons, tracking their progress from start to completion.
Lesson Attempts, Completed Attempts, and Successful Attempts
Lesson Attempts – Any attempt to start a lesson.
Completed Attempts – Lessons where the user has progressed through all content.
Successful Attempts – Lessons that have been completed and passed by correctly answering the required percentage of questions.
Why is this useful?
Ideally, these numbers should be as close as possible. In reality, some variation is expected. However, a large gap—where users are not completing lessons or consistently failing—may indicate an issue with the content.
If you notice a significant discrepancy, consider gathering employee feedback to identify potential challenges. Also, be sure to regularly review the content you’re connected to!
Platform Usage
This chart provides a visual representation of where employees are accessing Myagi from.
If Myagi is primarily used on store computers, the data will be weighted towards Desktop Browsers.
If employees are encouraged to use mobile devices, higher usage of the App and Mobile Browser would be expected.
Average user progress
Progress measures how far users have advanced through all available training content.
Why is this useful?
While it's ideal for employees to engage with all available training, a 100% progress rate may indicate the need for new content to keep learning opportunities fresh.
A low progress score could suggest that some users are completing significantly more training than others, highlighting potential gaps in engagement among staff.
Team activity over past month
This chart provides insight into team engagement, showing which teams are the most active on Myagi and how they compare to each other.
Why is this useful?
Quickly identify the most engaged teams at a glance.
Ideally, each team should have 100% active users—this chart helps track progress toward that goal.
Highlight teams that may need additional encouragement to maximize their use of the platform.
