How Can I View Content Performance by External Users?

This article will show you various ways to monitor your content analytics across channels, plans, and lessons for your external users.

  • Internal Users - All users who are part of your company.

  • External Users - All users from companies connected to your company who have access to the training.

  • All Users - Includes both Internal and External users.


Content Performance

Gives an overview of how much of your content is being consumed, how many people it is reaching and how much people like it. All figures include consumption of your content across all users (both Internal and External users). This means that if you do not share content with other companies, you may not see data for some of the visualizations here.

Step 1. Go to the "Analytics" section, click on the "Channels" tab,
and select "Performance" in the dropdown:


Step 2. Apply the desired Date Filter for your report:


Step 3. Once there, you will see the following dashboards available:

Number of actively engaged users in comparison with Lesson attempts

Training time on your content

Connected company member engagement

Shows the percentage of active members which engages with your content during this period.

Engagement score and rank

This dashboard presents a high-level view of company engagement performance and shows the number of lesson attempts across all of your channels during this period.

Engagement leaderboard

Ranks companies in your Network by the number of attempts on their content in the current date range.

Content quality score and rank

Your content quality score and rank are based on the lesson feedback ratings (Like Rating + Learn Rating). You must have >5 ratings in a period to be ranked. If you would like to review the lesson feedback ratings deeper, navigate to Content > Feedback.

Content quality leaderboard

Lists companies with the highest content quality.

Channel ratings

Compare channels' Average Learn Rating with Average Like Rating.

  • 🟠 Average Like Rating – Captures how much users liked the content overall.

  • 🟑 Average Learn Rating – Reflects how learners rated the value or usefulness of the learning content after its completion.

Lesson feedback

This section tracks user feedback on specific lessons.
Shows only feedback that has a comment.

Step 1. Go to the "Content" section and open "Feedback":

Step 2. Select the specific filter (All Feedback/Previously Replied/Without Reply). Search for the lesson by its Name, for more specific results:


Step 3. Once the data is filtered, you will see the following metrics:

  • Feedback - Who reported the feedback, within which Company, and when.

  • Lesson - Name of the lesson received feedback upon its completion.

  • Like Rating - A rating to show how much a user likes the lesson content.

  • Learn Rating - A rating to show how much a user has learned from the lesson content.

  • Replied - Displays feedback you have previously replied to.

Company engagement

This dashboard monitors training progress, completion rates, and the number of enrolled members at the company, team, and user levels.

⚫️ Company Level

By clicking on the "View" details button associated with each company, you will find the detailed engagement report for the selected company on the Team Level.

  • Team engagement (attempts from all users who belong to the team);

  • Plan enrollment progress (all user progress through enrolled plans for the connected company).

By clicking on the "View" details button associated with each team, you will find the detailed report for the User Level.

  • User engagement details (attempts from the user who belongs to the selected team);

  • Plan completion status per user (user status progress through enrolled plans);

  • Lesson completion status per user (user status progress through enrolled lessons);
