How to Manually Enroll Users in a Channel
If you need to adjust access to a specific channel for individual users, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Content tab.
Select the channel you want to manage.
Click on the "Enrollments" within the channel.
Ensure the enrollment mode is set to Custom.
Select the users you want to manually enroll in the channel.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
How to Auto-Enroll a Team in a Channel:
If you need to adjust access to a specific channel for entire teams, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Content tab.
Select the channel you want to manage.
Click on the "Enrollments" within the channel.
Ensure the filter option is set to Team.
Select the team(s) you want to auto-enroll in the channel.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
