If you've forgotten your password and need to reset it, follow these 5 simple steps

1. head to https://myagi.com/accounts/password-reset/

2. enter the email address associated with your account and hit reset

3. In 1-5 minutes an email will arrive in your inbox - make sure you check your junk/spam if you don't see it!

4. Click the link inside that email 

5. You will then be asked to enter a new email - once you've done this you can head to https://myagi.com/accounts/login and access your Myagi!

1. In the top-right corner of your screen you will either see your Profile picture or a small circle with your accounts initials in it - select this

2. This will open a drop-down menu with one of the options being Settings - select this

3. If you sroll down this page you will see an option to Change Password

4. Once you've entered your old password and entered and confirmed your new password hit Update Password and your change will have taken place!

I can't remember my email address or password!

I haven't received a reset password email!
