Areas allow you to organize and manage divisions of your business more effectively. Teams can be grouped within an Area to suit your administration and reporting needs β€” for example, by district, region, department, store type, or geography.

βš™οΈ How to Create an Area

  1. On your Myagi Training screen, select People.

  2. Select Areas.

  3. Select Create Area.

  4. Enter a name for the Area - this could be a location or any other meaningful label.

  5. Confirm creation by clicking Create Area.


πŸ‘©β€πŸ’Ό Assigning or Changing an Area Manager

Area Managers oversee multiple teams within a specific region or division.
To assign or change an Area Manager:

  1. Click the three dots (β‹―) next to the Area name and select Edit managers.

  2. Choose one or multiple users.

  3. Click Update changes to save.


✏️ Editing or Deleting an Area

πŸ”΅ To Edit an Area Name:

  1. Click the three dots (β‹―) next to the Area name.

  2. Select Edit details.

  3. Update the name and click Update changes.

πŸ”΅ To Delete an Area:

  1. Click the three dots (β‹―) next to the Area name.

  2. Select Delete area and confirm your action.


πŸ‘₯ Managing Teams Within an Area

Teams can belong to multiple Areas.

πŸ”΅ To add Teams to an Area:

  1. Open the desired Area and click Add Teams.

  2. Select one or more teams.

  3. Click Add Teams to confirm.

πŸ”΅ To edit or remove a Team from an Area:

  1. Click the three dots (β‹―) next to the Team name.

  2. Choose Edit name or Remove Team from area, then confirm your action.
