Areas allow you to organize and manage divisions of your business more effectively. Teams can be grouped within an Area to suit your administration and reporting needs β for example, by district, region, department, store type, or geography.
βοΈ How to Create an Area
On your Myagi Training screen, select People.
Select Areas.
Select Create Area.
Enter a name for the Area - this could be a location or any other meaningful label.
Confirm creation by clicking Create Area.
π©βπΌ Assigning or Changing an Area Manager
Area Managers oversee multiple teams within a specific region or division.
To assign or change an Area Manager:
Click the three dots (β―) next to the Area name and select Edit managers.
Choose one or multiple users.
Click Update changes to save.
βοΈ Editing or Deleting an Area
π΅ To Edit an Area Name:
Click the three dots (β―) next to the Area name.
Select Edit details.
Update the name and click Update changes.
π΅ To Delete an Area:
Click the three dots (β―) next to the Area name.
Select Delete area and confirm your action.
π₯ Managing Teams Within an Area
Teams can belong to multiple Areas.
π΅ To add Teams to an Area:
Open the desired Area and click Add Teams.
Select one or more teams.
Click Add Teams to confirm.
π΅ To edit or remove a Team from an Area:
Click the three dots (β―) next to the Team name.
Choose Edit name or Remove Team from area, then confirm your action.

Your new Area is now ready to help you organize teams, manage permissions, and monitor training performance across different business divisions.
