What is Brand Advocacy?

At its core, Myagi is about creating strong connections between brands and retailers. With our Brand Advocacy feature, we’re taking this further—helping brands measure how retail staff perceive their products and enabling continuous feedback loops to improve product understanding, trust, and recommendation rates.

How It Works

Sales associates can now earn XP by completing short weekly feedback sessions about the brands they interact with. These sessions include questions focused on:

  • Brand Recognition

  • Product Knowledge

  • Brand Sentiment

Associates can provide feedback for up to five brands per week, and these opportunities appear directly on the home screen of the Myagi mobile app.

Understanding the Brand Advocacy Score

Your Brand Advocacy Score is not directly tied to training completion or specific content. Instead, it reflects the real sentiment of frontline retail staff toward your brand.

  • The score is generated based on associate responses and updates regularly as more feedback is submitted.

  • It gives you insight into how well your brand is understood and trusted by those recommending your products to customers.

  • Over time, a higher score can indicate growing brand trust and stronger product knowledge.

Why It Matters

This score provides key insights that help you:

  • Identify knowledge or perception gaps

  • Track the success of your content and training initiatives

  • Strengthen relationships with retail staff

  • Increase the likelihood of your products being recommended

This feature empowers brands to not just deliver training but to measure their influence in-store—closing the gap between knowledge and advocacy, and turning retail staff into true brand champions.
