π Where to Find Brand Advocacy
You can access Brand Advocacy in the Analytics β Overview section of the Myagi platform. Scroll down the Overview page to see your current Brand Advocacy Score.

Sales associates now have the opportunity to share quick feedback through short, weekly sessions directly in the Myagi mobile app. These sessions include targeted questions on:
π§ Brand Recognition β How familiar they are with your brand.
π¦ Product Knowledge β How well they understand your products.
π‘ Brand Sentiment β How positively they feel about the brand.
π Associates can submit feedback for up to five brands per week.
π Each completed session also earns them XP, boosting engagement and participation.

Your Brand Advocacy Score is a dynamic measure of how retail staff perceive and advocate for your brand. Itβs not linked to content completion or training progress. Instead, itβs calculated based on real feedback submitted by frontline associates and updates regularly as new responses come in.
This score helps you answer key questions:
How well is your brand understood on the shop floor?
Do associates feel confident recommending your products?
Are your training efforts translating into advocacy?
π Over time, a rising score signals growing brand trust, better product knowledge, and a stronger presence at the point of sale.

Go to the Content tab in the Admin Portal.
Select the Feedback section.
Filter the feedback you'd like to see.
Export data for further review or internal reporting.
