What are Network Groups?

A Network Group is simply a collection of your network connections. You can choose to group your connections in whatever way works best for you. For example, you might choose to group companies based on what distributor they fall under or which brand representative oversees that relationship. You can also choose to group your connections at the store/location level. Whichever way you choose, these groups will help you organize your connections so that you can better analyze and compare network performance.

How do I create a Network Group?

From the Myagi platform, you will click "Network" in the navigation menu. From there, click the "Network Groups" tab.

You will then be presented with your Network Groups overview. Here you can assign a distributor by clicking on the "+" icon under the "Assigned To" column. Assigning a distributor will give them access to the group's analytics, enabling them to make better informed data-driven decisions to improve network performance.

Click on "+ Create a Group" in the upper-left corner of the screen. Now you will have the opportunity to name your group and select what you would like to group by. You will also choose whether to group at the Company or Store level.

Grouping options include:

  • Brand Representative (group based on the Brand Representative that is responsible for managing these retailers)

  • Distributor (group according to which distributor is responsible for managing these retailers)

  • Retailer Type (e.g. Premium or Standard)

  • Other (any other type not captured above)

Network Group Analytics

One of the key benefits of creating Network Groups is being able to analyze performance by group. We've created a new reporting dashboard specific to Network Groups.

To get to the dashboard, click on "Analytics" in the navigation menu. From there, click on the "Network Groups" tab.

Using this dashboard you can analyze performance data at each of the following levels:

  • Network Groups Overview

  • Specific Network Group

  • User, Channel, and Plan

Available insights at the Network Groups Overview level include:

  • Total Companies (number of companies in this group)

  • Companies Activated (companies whose accounts have been claimed and accessed by a user)

  • Companies Active in Last 90 Days (companies with at least one user active in the last 90 days)

  • Total Stores (number of store locations in this group)

  • Stores Activated (stores whose accounts have been claimed and accessed by a user)

  • Stores Active in Last 90 Days (stores with at least one user active in the last 90 days)

  • Total Users (number of users in this group)

  • Users Active in Last 90 Days (users who have logged in over the last 90 days)

  • Average Channel Completion Rate (average of modules completed relative to the total number of modules across all channels)

Available insights at the Specific Network Group level include:

  • Company Activated (activation status of company)

  • Company Active in Last 90 Days (whether at least one user has logged in over the last 90 days)

  • Store Activated (activation status of store)

  • Store Active in Last 90 Days (whether at least one user has logged in over the last 90 days)

  • Store's Total Users (number of users in the store)

  • Store's Active Users in Last 90 Days (number of users who have logged in over the last 90 days)

  • Progress Percentage (average of modules completed relative to the total number of accessible modules across all users)

Available insights at the User, Channel, and Plan level include:

User Insights:

  • User (name of the user)

  • Active in Last 90 Days (whether the user has logged in over the last 90 days)

  • Progress Percentage (modules completed relative to the total number of accessible modules)

  • Average Score (average of highest scored attempt on all attempted modules)

Channel/Plan Insights:

  • Channel/Plan (name of the channel or plan)

  • Channel/Plan ID (ID of the channel or plan)

  • Progress Percentage (average of modules completed relative to the total number of accessible modules across all users)

  • Average Score (average of highest scored attempts by the store's users on all attempted modules belonging to the channel or plan)

Assigning a Network Group to a User

One of the most useful features of Network Groups is being able to assign the group to another user so that they can manage that specific group without needing admin privileges or access to parts of your Myagi account that they don't need.

Brand Representatives

Follow the steps below to assign a group to a Brand Representative so that they can view data and reports for that group:

  1. Navigate to Network > Network Groups within Myagi

  2. Create a network group with the type "Brand Representative"

  3. Click the "+" icon under the "Assigned To" column.

  4. Select a user to assign to the group

When a user is assigned to a group, the group will be added to their "Shared Groups" tab, where they can click "View" to see reporting data.

Distributors

Follow the steps below to assign a group to a Distributor so that they can view data and reports for that group:

  1. Navigate to Network > Network Groups within Myagi

  2. Create a network group with the type "Distributor"

  3. Click the "+" icon under the "Assigned To" column.

  4. Select the company to assign to the group

When a company is assigned to the group, all admins of that company will have access to that group's reporting data.
