Reporting a problem to Myagi

If you are having a problem, experiencing unexpected behavior, or you think you've found a bug on the platform or app, you can report it directly to Myagi Support via chat.

Our team is available 24/5 to help you work through any issue that you may be experiencing.


What you'll need to provide

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Steps taken to reproduce / repeat the issue

  • Video walkthrough or screenshot with detailed descriptions

  • Impact this has on you or your business

  • Specific names, emails or details to reproduce the issue

    Please note that the support team will contact you via chat or email if we are missing any crucial information.

What happens with your feedback or issue?

  • If the issue is repeatable, not expected behavior and fully documented, the support team will open an internal ticket

  • We will troubleshoot the ticket to identify a root cause and severity

  • The ticket will be categorized and prioritized based on the scale and impact of the confirmed issue
