A guide to better understand the Incentives Report and potential use cases for both Brand and Retail Admins

The Incentives report provides valuable insight into badges earned. Brand Admins, Retailer Admins, Team Managers, and Area Managers all have access to the report with visibility limited to data relevant to their respective Companies, Teams or Areas.

For Brands, it makes it easy to see exactly how their badges are performing across their network so they can better manage their content and incentives on Myagi.

Potential use cases for Brands include:

  • Determining competition winners by reviewing which users or companies have earned the most badges for a time period.

  • Audit discount codes issued with discount codes redeemed

  • Monitor the number of discount codes remaining so that you know when to add additional codes

For Retailers, it simplifies managing the progress of sales associates and team members and identifying where to focus learning efforts.

Potential use cases for Retailers include:

  • Identifying and rewarding sales associates who earn the most badges

  • Tracking badges earned within your Team or Area

You can find the report under Analytics > Incentives. The default view displays badges in the left column and information on the number users who have earned the badge as well as discount codes issued and remaining to the right.

You can also choose to view the report by company, store, or individual user using the dropdown on the top left. There is a date range filter for analyzing a specific time period and you can always export the data with the "Download as CSV" button for additional flexibility.
