Understanding the New Analytics Overview Page
The Analytics Overview page is a powerful tool that allows admin users to track and analyze data of their entire company, team, or a specific user. In this guide, we will walk you through the various features and functions of the Analytics Overview page, so you can make the most out of this valuable resource.
Getting Started
Access: The Analytics Overview page is available only for Brands with the Brand Advocacy feature enabled, and only visible to users with "Company Admin" permissions on the platform.

The Analytics Overview is broken down into key sections to give you a snapshot of your brand’s impact. Each section offers valuable insights to help you track engagement and optimize your brand’s presence on Myagi. So let’s dive deeper into each one and see what they’re all about!

By default, the data is filtered by all companies and stores you're connected to within the last 30 days. However, you can filter it by the specific сompany, store, network group, and date frame. Check out this video to see an example in action.

The Companies Connected section provides information on how your network, both companies and stores, is interacting with your content during the selected date range:
📉 High-Level Stats (left panel):
Total Companies Connected – The total number of companies you are connected to on Myagi until today, including activated and not activated companies.
Total Stores Connected – The total number of stores you are connected to on Myagi until today, including activated and not activated stores.
Pending Activation – The number of stores you are connected to on Myagi that have not activated their Myagi account. You might want to follow up with them.
Download – Option that allows downloading the report with the displayed information as a CSV. file.
📈 Breakdown by Companies & Stores (main panel):
New Companies – The number of new companies you are connected to on Myagi, within the companies and date range you’ve selected.
Active Companies – The number of companies where at least one person engaged with any content, within the stores and date range you’ve selected. This includes successful, unsuccessful, complete, and incomplete lesson attempts.
Inactive Companies – The number of companies where no one engaged with any content, within the companies and date range you’ve selected. This includes successful, unsuccessful, complete, and incomplete lesson attempts.
New Stores – The number of new stores you are connected to on Myagi, within the stores and date range you’ve selected.
Active Stores – The number of stores where at least one person engaged with any content, within the stores and date range you’ve selected. This includes successful, unsuccessful, complete, and incomplete lesson attempts.
Inactive Stores – The number of stores where no one engaged with any content, within the stores, and the date range you’ve selected. This includes successful, unsuccessful, complete, and incomplete lesson attempts.
Engaged Stores – The number of stores where at least one person engaged with your content, within the stores and date range you’ve selected. This includes successful, unsuccessful, complete, and incomplete lesson attempts.
Unengaged Stores – The number of stores you selected where no one engaged with your content, within the stores and date range you’ve selected. This includes successful, unsuccessful, complete, and incomplete lesson attempts.

The People Connected section provides information about your connections and their engagement with your Brand:
📉 High-Level Stats (left panel):
Total Enrolments – The total number of current people that enrolled in at least one of your content until today, within the stores and companies you’ve selected.
Total Sign-ups – The total number of people who signed up to Myagi until today, within the stores and companies you’ve selected.
📈 High-Level Stats (main panel):
Sign-ups – The number of people who signed up to Myagi within the stores, companies, and date range you’ve selected.
Engaged – The number of people who engaged with your content, within the stores, companies, and date range you’ve selected. This includes successful, unsuccessful, complete, and incomplete lesson attempts. This excludes results from people that are no longer on Myagi.
Unengaged – The number of people enrolled in your content that didn’t engage with it, within the stores, companies, and date range you’ve selected. This excludes results from people who are no longer on Myagi.

The number of people who earned your incentive badges within the stores, companies ,and date range you’ve selected. Available filters:
Click on the "View Report" to see more details on your report or filter the data by badge, company, store, or user.

The Content section provides insight into how your lessons are performing:
📉 High-Level Stats (left panel):
Lessons Created – The total number of lessons created within the stores and companies you’ve selected.
Total Lessons Created – The total number of lessons created within all stores and companies.
📈 High-Level Stats (main panel):
Lessons Completions – Lessons completed by people who are enrolled in your content. This includes only successful attempts. Available filters by lesson, plan, and channel.
Views – The views on your lessons, also known as lesson attempts. Available filters by lesson, plan, and channel.
Unique Store Views – The number of stores that viewed your content. This doesn't include repeated views from the same stores.

Important Note: This analytics section is only visible to companies participating in brand advocacy surveys.
📉 High-Level Stats (left panel):
Your Score – How much would people advocate for your Brand, within the stores, companies, and date range you’ve selected. The average of your Likelihood to Recommend, Trust, and Knowledge scores.

Likelihood to recommend – How likely people are to recommend your Brand over other Brands within the stores, companies, and date range you’ve selected.
Trust – How much trust do people have for your Brand's products within the stores, companies, and date range you’ve selected.
Knowledge – How much knowledge do people have about your Brand's products within the stores, companies, and date range you’ve selected.
