Signing Up to Myagi

Welcome to Myagi. Here's how to sign up using an Invite Link or Sharelink.

What is Myagi?

Myagi is a digital sales enablement platform that helps brands and retailers connect through learning.
It allows brands to share product knowledge and enthusiasm with retail teams around the world - leading to better customer experiences and increased sales.

Retail staff can access training anytime through the Myagi mobile app or web platform using their personal account, from any device.

For retailers with more than 15 stores:

Visit myagi.com and request a demo for the most personalized way to see how Myagi can help solve your retail collaboration challenges.

Sign Up via Sharelink (Brand Link or QR Code)

If a brand representative shared a link or QR code like https://myagi.com/s/brandname, follow these steps:


How it works:

  1. Click the Sharelink or scan the QR code.

  2. You’ll see a page with the brand name and a "View Content" button.

  3. Click "View Content", then select "Create an Account" if you're new to Myagi.

  4. Enter your:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Password

  5. Next, you’ll be prompted to join your employer’s company:

    • Use the search field to find your retail company.

    • If you can't find it, click "Can’t find your store location? Find your company first here".

    • Still not listed? Click "Create a Company" and enter your company details.


  6. Before completing your registration, you’ll see a “Welcome to Myagi” screen.

    Here, you’ll be asked to review Myagi’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and GDPR Information. Click “I Agree” to continue and complete your account setup:

Sign Up via Invite Link

You work for a retailer who already uses Myagi? Perfect! Simply ask your manager to invite you to your company's Myagi account (psst! if you are a manager, check out this guide to find out how).

How it works:

  1. Open the Invite Link you received (usually via email or message) and click "Get Started, it's free!":

  2. You’ll be asked to enter your:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email address

    • Password

  3. Before completing your registration, you’ll see a “Welcome to Myagi” screen.

    Here, you’ll be asked to review Myagi’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and GDPR Information. Click “I Agree” to continue and complete your account setup:

  4. That’s it! Your account will be created automatically, and you’ll be added to your company’s Myagi workspace.
