Building and maintaining a content engine is essential for success on Myagi.
As a Company Admin, you have the ability to upload, organize, and distribute training content directly to your teams.
There are several ways to share content with your employees or network on Myagi. Whether you want to distribute content internally or give external partners access, this guide covers four main methods.

This is the recommended method for sharing Channels.
During the process, you’ll select the specific Channels and the Companies within your network that you wish to grant access to.
Once shared, those Companies will be automatically notified and will gain immediate access to the content.
Go to Content > Channel Sharing
Click Share Channels
Select Channels and click Next
Search and select the companies you want to share with
Click Share Channels

Sharelinks are customizable links that enable you to share your Channels with retailers, distributors, or external partners even if they are not yet using Myagi. Once recipients sign up using your Sharelink, they will gain immediate access to the shared content. Sharelinks can be created within Myagi and distributed manually through your preferred communication channels.
Go to Content > Channel Sharing
Switch to the Sharelinks tab
Click Create Sharelink
Configure settings and copy the link:

The Enrollment feature allows you to assign content internally. You can enroll all users in your company or specific users, teams, groups, or areas.
Go to Content > Channels
Open the Channel and click the Enrollments tab
Choose who to enroll (users, teams, groups, areas)
Important Notes on Permissions and Ownership
Retailers can only see the Enrollments tab for channels they own (created by their company).
If the content is shared by a Brand, all connected Retailer users will be automatically enrolled into available content.
If the content is created by a Retailer and they have Pro subscription, they can manually manage enrollment for their internal users.

The Share Channel option allows you to share content externally with your connected network or specific partner companies. This is useful when collaborating with retailers or other external teams.
Go to your Channel and click Share Channel:
You can share the Channel with all connections or choose specific companies:
