⚠️ Important Notes on Permissions and Ownership:

  • Retailers can only see the Enrollments tab for channels they own (created by their company).

  • If the content is shared by a Brand, all connected Retailer users will be automatically enrolled into available content.

  • If the content is created by a Retailer and they have Pro subscription, they can manually manage enrollment for their internal users.

🙌 Connected Channels

A unique method of sharing multiple channels at once.

  • Go to Content > Channel Sharing

  • Click Share Channels

  • Select Channels and click Next

  • Search and select the companies you want to share with

  • Click Share Channels
