Note that the Analytics Overview page is in open beta and is only available to brand admin accounts that have direct company to company connections at this time. (For example, connected retailers of child accounts will not be visible.)

Overview

The new Analytics Overview page provides Myagi brand admins with a simple, single-screen dashboard for their most important data. It makes understanding content performance and network engagement a breeze.

Key Features

The page is divided into sections:

  • Companies Connected (New)

  • People Connected

  • Content

  • Brand Advocacy (New)

The Companies Connected section shows how companies and store locations within your network are interacting with your content. Insights in this section include:

  • New companies (number of new companies connected with during selected date range)

  • Active companies (number of companies where at least one person logged into Myagi)

  • Inactive companies (number of companies where nobody logged into Myagi)

  • Stores pending activation (number of stores that have not yet activated their Myagi account)

  • Total stores connected (total number of store locations in your network)

  • New stores (number of new stores connected with during selected date range)

  • Active stores (number of stores where at least one person logged into Myagi)

  • Inactive stores (number of stores where nobody logged into Myagi)

  • Engaged stores (number of stores where at least one person attempted one of your lessons)

  • Unengaged stores (number of stores where nobody attempted one of your lessons)

The People Connected section provides information about your connections and their engagement with your brand, including:

The Content section provides insight into how your lessons are performing. These insights include:

  • Number of created lessons (total created lessons in selected date range)

  • Number of completions (total successful completed lessons in selected date range)

  • Number of views (also known as lesson attempts)

  • Unique store views (number of stores that viewed/attempted your content, does not include repeat views from the same store location)

The Brand Advocacy section provides insight into how sales associates feel about your brand. You can learn more about how we gather Brand Advocacy data in this article. Note that this analytics section is only visible to companies participating in brand advocacy surveys.

Insights in this section include:

  • Brand Advocacy score (the average of your Likelihood to recommend, trust, and knowledge scores)

  • Likelihood to recommend (how likely people are to recommend your brand over other brands within the store)

  • Trust (how much trust people have for your brand's products)

  • Knowledge (how much knowledge people have about your brand and products)

You can also use the date picker located at the top of the page to view data for a specific time period or the filters to view data for a specific Company, single store location within the selected company, or by Network Group. Note: Totals in the sidebar are not affected by filter selection.

By clicking "Download as CSV" under the Pending Activation section, you will receive a spreadsheet containing a list of Store Locations and Companies that have not yet activated their account as well as any additional relevant info such as which Network Group they belong to. You can use this list to more easily target your efforts into activating these locations to grow your network.

As we continue to test and improve this feature, we appreciate your patience and your feedback as you participate in our beta program. We have documented known issues and you can use this guide to help you troubleshoot.
