Key Performance Indicators

% Activated stores

The number of stores connected against the number of stores with a pending activation.

  • A high number indicates that many of the stores you are connected to have at least one user.

    • In this case, you should focus on encouraging the users to consume your content and increasing the average number of users per store.

  • If the number is low, focus first on activating the stores by having at least one user signed in to the account. Ideally, this would be the store manager.

    • Run an internal activation incentive with your field teams and a "new users incentive" with the retailers.

% Active stores

The number of active stores against potential active stores.

  • A high score shows that many users are active in their Myagi accounts.

    • In this case, focus on engaging those stores on your content.

  • If the score is low (below 50%), Myagi can help by being put in contact with the account owner and running some activation directly in their account.

  • Publishing regularly new content and announcing it will help increase your active stores.

% Engaged stores

Engaged stores against active stores

  • If the % is high (above 70%), it means that the users are interested in your content.

  • If the score is below 70%, create an incentive around the completion of certain content in the channel you share.

  • Creating regular announcements will help increase the number of stores that are engaging with your content.

% Engaged users

Users engaged against total enrolled users

(Can include users that have left the company)

  • If this score is lower (under 15%), you can use announcements to draw attention to specific plans.

    • Create an incentive with an easy completion requirement.

    • Offer a discount code using a Badge to all users for completing specific content.

    • Create a contest where you draw from the list of names that have completed the specific content.

Average users per store

Total enrolled users against the number of stores connected + pending activation.

(Can include users that have left the company)

  • To increase this number, run an internal incentive with your field team.

    • Measure the success by looking at the newest users added and run an incentive for store managers or brand reps that encourages them to invite their teams.

    • The store manager or brand rep having the highest % of added users to their teams/stores during the period wins a prize.

Average users engaged

Engaged users against active teams

  • To improve this number, create an incentive based on the completion of certain plans and reward all users.

Average lesson completed by users

Number of lessons completed by users

  • When this number is too low, especially if some important lessons/plans are not completed, create a badge and incentive associated with the completion of these plans.

% Completion rate

Lesson completed against lesson views

  • A low completion rate indicates that the users are leaving the content before the end of the lesson.

  • People can be interrupted by a lot of different things so we want to focus on the controllable aspects of your content.

    • Perhaps the content wasn't compelling enough, they didn't understand the benefits, or there wasn't a clear reason for them to complete it.

      • Check if they leave feedback and potentially request a content audit with Myagi services to ensure your content is the best it can be.
