Myagi allows you to connect directly with your audience through feedback on your content. At the end of every lesson, there will be a prompt to rate the content and leave feedback for the content owners.

The feedback prompt allows the audience to rate the content based on how much they liked it and how much they learned from it.

Every lesson attempt is an opportunity to collect valuable feedback from the people who complete your content. Keeping you connected with sales associates across your network.

Lesson Feedback

At the end of every lesson, the audience will see if they passed or failed and then be asked to provide lesson feedback.

View feedback on your content

Brand Admins have permission to view feedback left on content.

Navigate to the Content tab and select Feedback.

You can select All Feedback to review all feedback, previously responded feedback, or the feedback without a reply.

Respond to feedback

If feedback has been left on your content you'll see it along with the like and learn rating under the Content and Feedback tab.

It is important to note that you can only reply one time to the feedback. If you'd like to continue the conversation you can share your information or share a link that captures further detail from the audience.

If you have email notifications turned on you'll receive an email from hello@myagi.com every time someone leaves feedback on your content.

You can also respond to the feedback directly from the email.

Best practices for responding to feedback

  • Always keep it positive and always thank them for leaving feedback.

  • Leave your email or contact information if you want to invite the user to share more with you.

  • Create a Google Form or Typeform survey to collect more insights and ask follow-up questions.

  • Encourage the audience to leave feedback.

    • There are many different ways you can encourage your audience to leave feedback.

  1. Videos within your lessons can be a great way to highlight how valuable feedback can be.

  2. Quote or share previously captured feedback in a video and show how you are implementing it.

  3. Create announcements that invite and encourage feedback on your content.

  4. Talk about how exciting it is to see feedback from sales associates and show your audience how they can influence your brand.
