What is Myagi?

Myagi is a digital sales enablement platform revolutionizing the way brands and retailers connect. Myagi allows brands to share product knowledge and enthusiasm with their retail networks globally, resulting in increased sales and improved customer experience.

Retail staff can easily access training and product knowledge through Myagi's mobile app or web-based platform, using their own personal user account which can be accessed on any device.


You work for a retailer who already uses Myagi

  • Perfect! Simply ask your manager to invite you to your company's Myagi account (psst! if you are a manager, check out this guide to find out how).

  • Our Support Team can help you gain access if you let us know the company you work for and the location.

A brand representative invited you

  • The brand rep should be able to give you a Sharelink (or a QR code) that will look something like this https://myagi.com/s/brandname

  • If you follow that link you'll be asked for a few details to create a personal account and join/create your company's Myagi

  • If you're not sure how to get this link you can reach out to our Support Team for help


Myagi Sign-up Process

Myagi access is exclusively available through an invitation link. Brands extend invitations to retail staff via Sharelinks, while internal teams are invited through their own accounts.

When you access a sharelink, you'll see the Brand that has invited you to access exclusive content on Myagi as seen in the images below.

Click the "View Content" button to create your account or sign in to your existing Myagi account.

For new users, accessing the content on Myagi requires clicking the "Create an Accont" button.

Enter your first name, last name, and email address.

After creating your account, you'll be prompted to join your employer's company account. Simply use the search field to locate your retail company/employer's name.

If you are unable to locate your employer's account, don't worry.

The Myagi suport team is available to you 24/5 via chat.

Select ''Yes'' and you will be prompted to provide out support team with some basic information about your store and business. Our support team will then be able to quickly set up your store and business in the platform, and will prompt you to refresh the page and join your correct team.
