RepConnect is a tool that enables brand reps when they visit stores in-person providing information about the store, its management, its users and their engagement with their content, and even enables brands to award recognition badges to users in the moment!
In order for RepConnect to work effectively for your account, you must have Network Groups set up on your account, with each group assigned to a specific user. If you have not done that, you can follow these instructions.
How To use RepConnect
Firstly you need to ensure you have the Myagi app downloaded to your device:
Once you have logged into the app, you can select the store icon on the lower right of the menu. This will open the RepConnect tab within the Myagi app which is split into two sections: Store and Sharelinks.
Store Information
Features
Search for the store by store name or address (some stores may not have their address listed, we are actively working to organise this with retailers)
Overview will show the following information for the store:
People: the number of users in the team that are not inactive (meaning they have not had the Active box unticked in the People tab, not that they are engaged)
Engaged users: they have interacted with the brand’s content within the last 90 days
Comments: the number of comments that have been left on the brand’s content in the last 90 days
Two main sources of comments - lesson feedback (comments after completing lesson), other is comments in the feed.
BA survey: the number of brand advocacy surveys that have been completed in the last 90 days
Sharelinks
Features
All of your sharelinks will be accessible here.
Each sharelink will have:
A unique QR code
A list of the channels that the user will be able to access upon using that sharelink/QR code
The sharelink link shown and clickable link to copy for easy sharing
By offering this to users you are visiting in store, they can sign up directly to your content and join their retail business and store on Myagi - they can even set one up if their business does not yet have a Myagi account.

Recognition Badges
Features
A list of all available badges will be shown
This is a great way to reward users for activity you can see they are doing in-store effectively, but rewarding them digitally in Myagi. Is your product merchandised perfectly in store? Why not set up a ‘’VM Expert badge’’ and assign it to everyone in store?
